4. Appointments and Cancellation Policy
Booking: Appointments can be booked online or by calling our clinic.
Cancellations: We request at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client.
Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened to accommodate subsequent bookings, or you may be asked to reschedule.
No-Shows: Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without prior notice may result in a no-show fee or a requirement to pre-pay for future services.
5. Payment and Refunds Payment is due in full at the time of service. We accept various forms of payment, which will be detailed at our clinic. Due to the nature of our services, all services rendered are non-refundable.
